With delegates from local authorities, central government, emergency services, housing and industry, GeoPlace 2026 is a valuable opportunity for UK‑EONS to connect with place-based data users and showcase how Earth Observation data can support sustainability challenges, infrastructure insight and more effective use of geospatial intelligence across sectors.
UK-EONS attended the event to network with public sector organisations and learn how local governments procure Earth Observation data. The event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with Geospatial Data Providers as well as government end users. OS (Ordnance Survey) showcased their latest innovations and National Highways explained the work they are doing on digitising their assets.
