SUMMARY:The Northern Sustainability Summit
DESCRIPTION:The Northern Sustainability Summit 2026 is a one-day event taking place on Friday 3 July 2026 at Manchester Central. Hosted by Elevate GM\, the summit brings together business leaders\, sustainability professionals\, innovators and organisations from across sectors to explore how businesses can make a positive environmental and social impact while also meeting commercial goals. The 2026 event focuses on Elevate’s core belief that business can\, and should\, be a force for good\, with discussion centred on how organisations can blend profit with purpose and collaborate more effectively on sustainability. \nThis year’s programme includes main-stage content in the morning\, with a mix of panels\, keynotes and lightning talks\, followed by breakout workshops in the afternoon. Sessions will cover areas such as business resilience\, innovation\, industrial decarbonisation\, ethical investing\, sustainable destinations\, property development\, embedding ESG\, hydrogen opportunities and EV charging infrastructure. The event builds on previous editions of the summit\, which have brought together more than 40 speakers\, 45 exhibitors\, workshops and over 1\,000 registered delegates. \nThe summit also includes an exhibition hall featuring sponsors\, partners and Greenhouse competition winners\, creating opportunities to connect with businesses\, local government\, infrastructure organisations\, investors\, universities\, sustainability networks and emerging innovators.
