DESCRIPTION:Ka and Broadband Conference (Ka)\, and 40th International Communications Satellite Systems Conference (ICSSC) at Midland Hotel\, Bradford on Tuesday 24th – Thursday 26th October 2023 \nThis year’s event will bring together researchers\, practitioners and experts in academia\, industry\, space agencies and regulatory organizations around the world to examine challenges and potential solutions to address the emerging new opportunities. The Joint Conference is also a unique occasion for participants to network\, strengthen alliances\, and establish new partnerships and collaborations. \nExploring the evolution and interoperability of telecommunication\, navigation and Earth observation satellite systems; constellation and small satellite systems advances; optical and quantum communications; telecommunications & navigation systems for space exploration with extension of the 5G network to near Earth\, lunar\, and deep space environments; satellite-to-cell or direct-to-mobile service; latest results in propagation research at Ka\, Q/V and higher frequency bands; navigation; vehicle autonomy and human exploration; broadband data backhaul from scientific missions and remote sensing; and the challenges of radio frequency interference and orbital debris control and mitigation. \nCall for papers is out: https://www.kaconf.com/callforpapers.php Programme and fees are still in developing.
